Individuals
Sometimes life can be difficult, with daily challenges feeling unmanageable or past experiences feeling overwhelming. Struggling through these times can often result in negative thoughts, feelings, behaviours and physical sensations.
Meeting with a psychologist can offer you the time and space to explore difficult life experiences in a confidential and non-judgemental environment.
Furthermore, engaging in therapy provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of the processes that occur in the mind and body during and after difficult experiences, whilst also supporting you to recognise and manage how this is affecting you.
I offer therapeutic support to people who are experiencing a variety of difficulties, including;
- Depression
- Low Mood
- Anxiety
- Relationship Difficulties
- Low self-esteem
- Loss and Bereavement.
The first appointment is referred to as the ‘Assessment’ appointment and can be arranged by telephone, email or by using the contact form on this website.
Please see the Assessment and Therapy page for further information.

Schools & Young People
My work with schools and young people ranges from meeting with staff members, to groups of children or individual pupils. The focus is to support the social and emotional development of children and to adopt a holistic approach to enhancing the wellbeing of the setting as a whole.
I also offer school visits to pupils in years 10-12 who are interested in meeting with a psychologist to talk about studying psychology and working as a psychologist.
